We use Kayako for the helpdesk and live chat. Very nice and clean to use.
Keep an eye on your resources with Kayako when serving more than 6-7 customers at once. A company that I worked with previous to GridVirt found large slikes in CPU and Ram when they had that number of customers. Anybody else see this isssue with it?
are they really charging high?
I see a lot of recommendations for LivePerson though their website is a mess, where is the pricing for this application?
