Live Zilla used to be great untill they decided to charge large amounts for there services , I would personaly recomend livehelp.stardevelop.com they have a real good system which also links in with whcms.

yes i moved from livezilla to the WHMCS livechat (stardevelop). only downfall i find is the ability for clients etc. to upload images to the livechat

I tested Zopim recently for a few weeks and found it buggy in a few areas.

I still have yet to find one I really like. Some of the better solutions out there seem to have a rather ridiculous fee schedule.

I have thought about making one from scratch that has full integration with WHMCS, the one they offer is just re sold software with some integration but not much.
