What do you think about Zopim ?

I kike it. easy plugin for WP. Not sure about WHMCS though.

I've recently started using purechat.com. It works great, has a mobile app and it's 100% free with no ads.

I have used livechatinc, livezilla and both are good. I have also used zopim and I liked that but I am a fan of hosting my own software and systems so I am not a big fan of that.

Livechatinc and zopim are both good if you don't mind your livechats hosted by a third party.

Kayako's livechat is nice if you use Kayako and you don't mind slow development cycles.

We are still using livezilla. Although the free version is a little older now it still works perfectly and has all the features you will need.

Livezilla is still free by the way in my opinion its actually one of the best and they give like a 15 day premium trial which is pretty impressive as a ''pro'' member the features you get on it are amazing but i have to agree their prices are quite high if it was around 50-100 euros it would make sense then again its a 1 time fee
