What is good with this is it can be used also to forward message in your Yahoo Messenger or Gmail so you don't always need to login to the website admin.

LiveZilla was no doubt the best option for a free chat software but as now it has jumped to paid services, so Crafty Syntax should be at top in free chat softwares.

In paid, one should go with Live Person, its the best.
