yes i moved to the WHMCS live chat addon and i like it, my clients like it apart from they cant send images/screenshots through chat

We wish we could use livezilla. It does exactly what we need but we have a microsoftban here in the office. We run linux servers, use apple workstations, macbooks and iphones. Guess livezilla is out of the question..

read the whole thread. no one has disputed the fact the livezilla is good, infact i would say one of the best, but when they brought out version 4 and then decided to charge such huge fees this turned many away.

Nothing beats Livezilla if we look at the awesome features it provides free of cost.
But yes: There are better solutions available if you can spend money.

you can only use version 3 for free, but this you will need to download from download sites, but version 3 does nopt get any support from livezilla.

version 4 is chargeable regardless

We use Livezilla and can say it's a really great chat software! Easy to install, configure and run. Works with multiple operators and chatrooms. Mostly recommended !
