Zopim Live Chat?

We have used Zopim before and WHMCS chat. We have recently started using tawk.to and this seems to be working a lot better for us than whmcs chat did.

There is one on Codecanyon that is great and one time cheap charge. Looks great, it could be better but works great.

Zopim isn't bad. Well, You can use there Android or iOS app to provide pre-sales to your clients.
However, We recently shifted to tawk.to, i find there interface better.

If you need unlimited agents, better to opt for Live Chat addon instead. As they all are kind of the same.

We have used a couple both free and primium but we are back to Tawk.to Its really a great option

Not the cheapest option but it works and is very easy to customise if you need to by implanting custom css.

We have never used Zopim and at this time we have no plans on moving. We are currently using tawk and have really no problems with them. If something changes we might consider trying this.

For a free service Tawk.to beats many paid paid live chat solutions

I have been using https://www.tawk.to/. Though live chat isn't 24/7 it's been a good experience.

It's free and has windows client, so it's handy.

tawk.to des too many things that paid chats either do not provide or provide for way too much money and tawk.to offers them free. Their support is also commendable.

I use Zopim chat and have done for a couple of years. It's actually really good chat, what i like about it the feature where it hides when you're not logged-in. There's nothing worse than chat being installed but your customer's see no one online so this feature is great to avoid that.

EDIT: Looking at tawk.to it looks good, does anyone know if it supports SSL pages (https://)? If so I'm going to test it out

Yes Jack it supports SSL. I have bee using it for the past year now. i like the fact you can add it to as many sites as you want without paying extra.

one think i hate about sites with live chat is when they

1) shows online so you submit a question and no one replies.
2) shows online so you submit a question and then after a few minutes it changes to offline

The full palatform at tawk.to is hosted on an SSL. You can also place it on your SSL URL and the system will be 100% SSL
