Which help desk software do you use to provie support ?

WHMCS built in, did use our own built platform at one point but too much headache.

One thing I never got was all the Companies using third party and third party hosted scripts going to total different websites, looks mega unprofessional.

I use WHMCS's built-in support system since 2009. It works just fine. (We do not offer live chat support yet)
