Which help desk software do you use to provie support ?

For help desk software, we presently use WHMCS, and find it to work well. We have had mixed success with the email to ticket system due to spam, but recommend using maxmind+fraudalert for orders to insure that we do not get clients with bad histories, like DMCA/SPAM

We currently use Kayako. It does it's job well but gives us quite a few advantages as we heavily customize all of our internal systems.

Hello,

We've used kayako helpdesk for the last 7-8 years and is probably one of the most complex one. Some will say it is expensive, but if you add the costs of livechat being included, maybe not?

WHMCS for sure. But I really believe that not the software is important the quality of the support is more important.

Regards

We are using Hostbill, working fine and allow to configure priority between the customers with a level of service.

WHMCS is a good software for hosting company. However there are other options available too

a2billing
