Best Live Chat

I used LiveZilla for a while a couple years ago. Now I'm using tawk.to and I don't have anything negative to say. Free, clean, simple, and does the job perfectly.

I would say Slack. It is definitely useful, but very over-hyped. As a result, pricing is incredibly high for what you get the ability to have group calls, storing more than 5gb of files, etc.,
There's nothing I can dislike about Slack, because it does everything I need and expect it to do for me.

Agreed with "KaenW", tawk.to provides hosted solution so it doesn't the loading speed of website and also there is no delay in messages while communicating with the visitor.

Crisp is great overall.
I really like the user experience side of things on Intercom so one to checkout there.

We recently moved to Comm100 which is working nicely for us.

We started with intercom and it was horrible. After few months, we moved to Crisp. Currently, it's working really well for us. They keep improving it with new features.

Tawk.to is not bad, but there have some issues around it. The plus of the tawk is that is free and you can add some addons from their platform. It has mobile and desktop application.

What issues have you noticed?

So far tawk.to has been fantastic in our use case. It can be tweaked how you want, has unlimited seats, you can even automate a complete chat experience when offline.

The team at tawk.to is constantly updating the software, clients already find it familiar because so many other companies also utilise it and they have fantastic add ons such as employ a live chat rep for $1 a hour.

We have trialed many chat agents and thus far, tawk.to surpasses all we have used.

What issues have you noticed?

For example, sometimes the mobile application has some slow reactions. it doesn't ring when there have a chat started by a client. From last update to now is okey, but that is not nice when you are not at the office and want to look at the chat at the same time. The desktop application do not have issues like that.

Ok.
We do not utilise the mobile app and only use the PC version so have not encountered your specific issues. It must be quite frustrating missing a chat or chat updates while thinking you had it available.
Have they acknowledged the issue or announced a fix for it?

I suggest you create a list of top available chat softwares.
Analyze based on your requirement and select the best suitable option.
Ideally, all the softwres has the same purpose of chat support. So, you are the best judge to decide what extra features you need.

Live Zilla, good live chat support with every little description of a visitor from name to the location to Email Address.
