We use Plesk first and can also provide Cpanel if a customer requests this. Plesk has been great but the new release of Plesk 10 is really different and takes some major getting used to especially for the customers. The newest version of Cpanel does look great and some of the features like letting you select from multiple webmail clients is really nice. I would say Plesk or Cpanel are the best two out there.

On all my sites I use Cpanel and I have on Plesk site.

Cpanel seems to be the most popular and has so many tools that it is hard to beat. Plesk I think is starting to come around.

Plesk is really coming along though all though it is more difficult to use but i think that is just becuase I am so used to Cpanel.

Have you tried Plesk 10? Its really a great step forward - they just need to support IPv6 and the job is done.
