I used to use Kayako back in the day, they appear to still be around. Have not used them since the late 2000's.

We are using built-in WHMCS ticket system. This is a really good thread for whoever wants to find out which is the most used ticket system for hosting business.

I used Zendesk, Supportpal and several other ticketing systems for development purposes. Zendesk, and Supportpal is really good software.

Kayako was good when it was simple. start adding thousands of things, which have made it useless
