I have heard of companies doing this before and in some cases they put in the terms and conditions that if the customer quits services within 100 years they still owe for the remander of those years.
I do not read them but being that they are legally binding a company could enforce it. Wow thanks for that post it made me laugh.
Exactly, no one has that much time, TOS should be short and simple to understand. But we tend to make it long and complicated. Which discourages users to read it.but someone here have pacience to read pages and pages of TOS?
Reading all terms of services is very important in hosting business because you can go against a term unknowingly which can cost suspension or termination of your service.
A smart host would make a similar version of their TOS so that laymen could understand it.
