Important Factors Choosing A Web Host

[20i Richard]

We find that with our customers, quality of customer support is most important.

But most people who come to us have left their previous provider because of the poor support they received previously...

We don't experience many people coming to us who are happy with their current provider! 🙂

Price, uptime and limitations for me most important things.
