How many payment types do you offer?

Wouldn't it also depend on where your target market is? If your going after the American market Paypal makes sense. If your market is Europe or Asia, then you need to offer whatever customers there are offering.

I only use paypal...
Most people have paypal and they prefer using it for online payments so it is the best

i use paypal for everything i have banks account on 3 countries i use paypal to get my money its better than 3 day wiring money from back to back.

How many payment types do you offer and what are they?

Do you find that more options have helped get more sales?

Just curious what others do in this regard.

We only use two and that is PayPal and AlertPay. I find both to be great. Both take all kind of Visa and it make it easy for clients to pay.

We use Paypal, our cdg commerce credit card processor, and Google checkout. We do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credits cards right now.

We accept checks, paypal, google checkout, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover), it seems to cover the bases for most everyone.

I'm surprised to hear so many people enjoy using PayPal. I'm curious as to whether anyone has ever experienced their arbitrarily withholding of deposits that caused the class action years ago?

Paypal's same old tricks, now they call it a "SECURITY HOLD'!

Hi all, yes, and they are still doing it...

Only now they call it a "Security HOLD' and we hate to say profiling a country or its people, but it sure seams that way to us. Just recently we have had a dozen or more Paypal "Security Holds" placed on our new clients payments until they jump through Paypal's security check of, Go OnLine, Change Your Current Password, Change Your Security Word, Re-Inter The Credit Card Number And The Expiration Date Of Your Credit Card. It's usually someone from a 3 word country that Paypal continually does this to.

Safety and security is one thing, but this seams to be something from the Right, or is it the Left.

Thought you should know.

I currently only offer paypal, seems to be going ok though.

Once i can afford a payment gateway I'll add the credit card option. But I also might wait a bit, see if the demand for it is really needed.

Yeah I experienced that many times but an important factor is howmany people use this type of payment option. When they came into the business there was not any serious competitor for them.

It's like we keep saying why all people use Facebook and not X because X takes it easier.

They hold your money for security and if there were any better way available they would be the first to integrate it to their system as they are more experienced than us in this type of job at least with the number of users they got.

It's for security of both Paypal and we, otherwise they don't need our 100 or 1000 USD deposits.

BTW to answer the question we accept only PayPal and credit cards.

Currently using 2CO. 2CO also supports Paypal if you have a merchant account.

we are also working on net banking Solution.
