Do you pay monthly or yearly for your hosting..?

Do you prefer paying monthly or yearly?
i prefer paying monthly, because I might need more space/bandwidth after some months.

Depends, a $3 vps for something like DNS or mail, then it is yearly.

Anything important = Monthly, I do not wan't to tie into something if it goes wrong.

It is advisable to yearly once or 6 months once, so that you can manage your websites effectively. Paying monthly sometimes causes risk, if you forget to pay one month then it becomes bit clumsy.

Monthly as of right now, but obviously if you are optimistic and believe you will need a year, than most likely it will be cheaper to purchase a whole year instead of monthly.

Normally I pay my hosting plan for two years in advance. If you are really happy with the hosting service, you could save a lot of money by paying the plan yearly instead of monthly.

Generally all hosting providers offer attractive deals on Annual Billing cycle. You must also check if the hosting provider has anytime money back guarantee or not. Incase you cancel the plan after 4 months or so, will you get a refund of remaining 8 months or not. You must ask this question to the hosting provider before paying upfront for a year. So if you think the hosting provider is reliable enough, then you can pay Annually and save a good amount of money.

I pay mine bi-annually due to the discounts available over paying monthly, depends what you're looking for really. It does save quite a bit of money though!

i pay for my servers monthly, but the extras such as RVskin, Softaculous etc i pay annually. WHMReseller i paid a lifetime licence for all my servers as this saves in the long run

I am pretty happy with the web hosting provider I am using now and I always pay for the hosting service every two years. By doing so, you can save a lot of money on hosting bills.

You are a web hosting provider, aren't you? Do you mean that you prefer to pay on monthly basis for dedicated servers or reseller account to your hosting provider, of you just opening threads to keep the conversation going?

even paying annually you can request extra space/bandwidth, all you do is pay the difference for the remaining months of your contract term, so your answer does not make sense unless you have a bad host that will not allow you to add extra resources on annual plans

2 months free hosting and free domain registration is usually included when paying yearly, so I go for Yearly billing cycle.

this is not the usual case.

Annual hosting plans some hosts will give a month free but not all.

depends on the annual cost if a domain registration is included, so not all annual plans will offer a free domain.

we give a month free on all our annual plans and only with our higher priced annual plans do we give a free domain, so that we can cover the domain cost and still make a profit

Now in days there are many ways of paying for hosting in short or long terms. I like pay pay monthly dealing with a server or a reseller account. Mainly due to the fact because they host may have downtime or go out of business depending on who it is.

Also when signing up for yearly be sure to check there terms see if you cancel before the contract will you get any money back for the service that you didnt use.

Yes, you usually get 12 months for the price of 10, or 12 months for the price of 11. Free domain registration is also usually included with the Yearly billing cycle.

Also known as a Anytime Money Back Guarantee. You can ask for a pro-rated refund, so that you get money back for the unused months left on the account.
