Our livechat is online all the time my PC is on. we do get some sales through livechat, but mostly our clientbase prefer this to support tickets

Honestly, I've never had much of a response from posting on web hosting forums, the best place is word of mouth. Print our leaflets and business cards and hand them out, or leave them somewhere that a lot of people frequent.

ehhh no real luck with link training. I tried it a few times. I think most people are on the link trading just to get people to look at their link also, i dont even think they really look at your site much. It may help a little bit just to get your site known and out there.
