Which DC is Most Liked by clients?

Quite wide question. For example TelePoint is best on Balkan Peninsula and is of the highest grade available in Europe, Tier 3+.
 
You need to specify the location in which your customers will be mostly from so that we can suggest you the best for that. Always select the best data-center near to your targeted customer geographical location.
 
DC centre price is getting expensive, especially cross connect charges in equinix. Therefore, many of hosting companies build own tier 2 DC and pull the dark fibre to neutral DC to get the network.
