Where do you get free photos/picture?

Spend the few dollars and get the Roalty Free images from a respected site. Personally, I use www.bigstockphoto.com which has thousands of images. You can purchase one off images, buy a few credits or what we do is have a monthly subscription to allow unlimited downloads. Having access to images that you KNOW you're allowed to use will save a lot of money in the long run.

DMCA's are not fun. Spend the $35 and download 10 images if you only need a few. Those credits are available for 12 months too!

I just took a look at BigStockPhoto and found 232 pages of images for pediatricians, which is amazing. Just did a site for a pediatrician and had problems finding decent images to fill the site.
 
:) Crazy isn't it!!! And they utilize a lot of the same photos as other sites. It's rare that I can't find what I need. I needed a picture of a black woman in 1920's flapper attire. Guess what - BigStock had an image I could use ;)
 
For hosting images, at least, if you sign up for partnership with places like Supermicro, the partnership site (behind login) will give you extremely high resolution photos of their servers.

Other vendors are the same way about logos and other helpful things for your site - just about anyone you're buying from would love to have their images on your site and will gladly offer this marketing collateral to you.

I usually prefer Pexels.com for myself.
 
Using google images is not very good tactic. Some images are protected by copyright. If you use it for your own content, soon you will get issues about that.
