What's the worst webhosting design you've seen?

[talkwebhosts.co]

IMHO, the design doesn't matter, it's the quality of the service that counts! 🙂

Everything counts. 😎

My Site uses a free template :S I'm going to change the design soon anyway. The main thing I'd like to do is to change and personalise my Logo's.

I will change my site soon though, very soon.

I agree with TheReason though, everything counts in the hosting business, your servers, design, support and packages/prices.

The new theme at download.com is really bad looking I think.

[Zi Hosting]

Its not that bad, but not my preferable design.

Personally, the design of a site is no matter to me, it's quality of service, and spelling/grammar errors that point out to me.

Any template sold from tm! 😛

There are plenty of webhosting websites I spot which I think should get a makeover... can't think of one right now.

[ashish]

well.. i dont know about that.. but we are redesigning our site... and it should be up within a week or two... and when i see the design on that one.. our current site design seems to be really outdated....

[AllureHost]

I think a websites design is very important in getting customers. If you go to a website with a poor design and cloggy frontpage, I think people might be scared off. It doesn't hurt to be pretty and show it off so the same should go for designs. I made our website template myself, 3d servers and all, it was fun.

************.com I think the worst hosting site design I've ever seen ......... a 10th std student can design better 😀

Well this thread is kind of a downer.

I can't remember the name of the worst one I've ever seen but it was pretty much a reseller who had almost no actual design just text and links.

[gigapros]

Here's one (literally): http://www.uglyhosting.com/
It looks like a godaddy reseller.

[XWS Chris]

Great domain name. Not entirely sure why you would want to name your host that, but to each his own I guess..

[you_rock]

"Beauty is in the eye of the BEHOLDER"..
I guess the answer to this question is RELATIVE.

It may appears ugly to you, but it may be a master-art to others....So stop critisizing other peoples' design....

[HostingITrust]

One of the reasons of badly designed web hosting sites could be that they are focusing more on search engine optimization technics rather than focus on design aspect.

[allreseller.com]

peerless machines

ugly, enough to make you laugh

Most of the time, SEO techniques will make your site simpler and nicer.

[hans123]

see ************.com

[~ServerPoint~]

Strange thread. And what are parameters you use guys while determining that as worst web site?

[HivelocityJJ]

I think uglyhosting.com is pretty ugly looking.
