What's the worst webhosting design you've seen?

I visited their website and it says it's under construction, lol. There are a lot of good/decent/bad designs on the internet.... Some bad designs might be successful.... and yet most of them won't... so who knows?
 
My answer would be the same for any company that has some nasty looking colors that dont match, a ton of flash and atop that some annoying character listed on their website that shouts at you.

Does that all work?
 
Eh, the template is alright. It's a bit plain but it's not horrible. How come you don't like it? Beside being plain, lol.

That has to be the most plain template on the internet..... Just a tiny bit of red, and then the rest of it is like black and white. They should at least get a better more graphic template. It is kind of crappy too.
