I think he is trying to push his own services if you check his VPS prices etc.
no idea how he can sell dedicated at his prices as it costs me that wholesale

More and more hosting providers show up,and the market is becoming more competitive.At lat "survival of the fittest "
Web hosting market is booming and it's very hard to stand out from the crowd. Some providers really make it hard for the rest of us with their poor service and abuses. But there are scams coming from both ends. Hope something will happen soon and wipe out those who don't deliver what they offer.

You will have a VERY VERY VERY long wait, as scams etc. will remain in some form or another.
New technology etc. will be created to try and combat scams, but the scammers will always find away around these.
