What do you do to stay in shape?

we can do some regular exercise and yoga in the every morning or everyday.

its the best way to keep onself in proper shape.

When someone shares something of value with you and you benefit from it,
you have a moral obligation to share it with others.
 
Well, I suspect it would be a landslide loss for me against Artashes in tennis, but .. racquetball might be another story. :)
 
Well, I do not actually get to exercise everyday but I make sure that I only eat a small amount of carbohydrates most especially during the night.
