Support is very important factor which reseller look in a host because the support must be fast as lightning from a reseller who may have dozens of clients in their own care and should be available at all times and be very fast. 27 / 4 support is extremely important.
I agree with Steve-Hostirian totally,a 24/7 technical support is the most important,especially when you come across an urgent problem when late at night.
