What are some of the Good / Bad and Uglies you've experienced?

I think the human factor plays a lot into the right organization, previously I had many that worked for an organization add me to their facebook, it not only instilled trust, but also for any non critical issues, I'd just simply shoot them over a message and they'd look into it either the same day or when they were in the office the next. Gave it that one extra mile of the personal touch.

I see what your saying, they probably didn't put the finishing touches on their site yet just know someone who uses them and only has great things to say about them.

I've been lucky enough not to experience anything bad, but not experienced anything exceptional that is worth pointing out either.. just good old run of the mill hosting.

I do everything myself now though, I like to be in control and fix problems myself rather than open tickets and wait for support... It's because of this, support is my main priority as a provider.
