I would not have them do a template simply because I don't like the one they use for their own site. If they can't make templates for their own site that I like, what kind of assurance do I have that they will make one I like for me?

Also $10k is to much for a template.

But then again I think it's expensive because at my current rate it would take like about ten years to get that amount.
(I still go to school so I don't work much.)
 
Normally your website will be done within 2 weeks...they do templates but they are not like TM where they post it on their website. They do templates for $800.00 which I think is reasonable since TM charges about the same for exclusive rights and so on. Regarding website they do everything for it including a bit of coding so I dont know if it would be that worth it but they work is good :D
