VPS Hosting is best

you have your OWN resources, not shared with anyone else.

Only to a point as resources are still shared with whoever is on the node, but unlike shared where their maybe 1000 others on the server sharing the resources with a VPS their maybe only 6 servers on the node, so you are only sharing with 6 others.

the only thing with a VPS is the resources are their for you to use and allocate a share to your clients

As for "not having experience"... People, come on, it's 2015, not 1995. You can just google "how to setup your VPS" and find a ton of detailed step-by-step guides from hosting companies. Moreover, many companies <MOD NOTE: snipped> provide fully-configured VPS solutions and help with their further setup if need be.

You are never left alone in the dark.

but not everyone what's to do that, just look on forums and Facebook Groups you get people with ' How do you do this?, is their a plumber in ****? etc' why do these people not use google as in the time it took them to ask they could have found the answer, but they just want someone else to do the work for them

It's absolutely better but it's even more expensive.

It really depends from the client.
If he is a newbie in VPS management there is no reason to let him get it cause he won't know how to setup it, unless he gets a managed VPS which is quite expensive.

Shared Hosting will let him to manage his own website through a simple user-friendly control panel where everything is already configured.

That's a pretty crazy statement, actually, VPS is one of the more popular services to offer as a hosting provider as per its capabilities of overcommitting hardware with a larger revenue stream in regards to the cost of operation. Lets take this hardware configuration into consideration:

Xeon E5-1650v2
128GB DDR3 Memory
4x 1TB SSD in Raid-10

Depending on the virtualization technology, you could fit a whole lot more VPS on this machine than 6. In fact, I could in theory fit between 256 and 512 VPS on this one piece of hardware!

Depending on the provider and the hardware, a VPS can be a very bad option for some, and shouldn't be considered as "the golden ticket" of hosting.

in my view,it depends on user requirements as he required secured & small size one, he can use the VPS as its best compared to dedicated..
