My host Infomation
Awardspace.com Free Plan
I set up it 3 times in a row and after 2 hours of using it in a row I got a Wordpress setup screen. And the backups did not work becuase I needed a premium plan.

What happened
I set up an award space account for free and made a subdomain. I put on Wordpress. Then after hours of hard work of setting things up I got a set up screen. I had to remove the files. Then the second time, the same. This time, I am keeping it onto the screen so I don’t have to remove the files (like a back up). What should I do now?

Update
I never used up my account quotas.

Another update:

This happened with my previous free host. So it is not just this one.

What should I do any advice?

Sounds like a database connection issue.

Check your wp-config file and verify that the username, password and database names are correct. Then verify in your host panel that your database still exists.

Usually he setup screen happens when the database hasn't been defined or installed.

Check with the host if this has happened several times.

Finally, maybe it's time not to use a free account?

It looks like the problem might be coming from the free hosting service you're currently using. Upgrading to a premium plan could help you avoid these issues. You can also contact customer support for help with setting up and backing up your site. If that doesn't work, you might want to think about switching to a different hosting service that's more reliable.

If I am right, you are getting WordPress installation page again and again - then it seems to be a database connection issue. If you are a beginner and don't have knowledge of database, then I would recommend to install the WordPress from their site management dashboard. I guess nowadays all hosting companies offer easy WordPress installation tool from their dashboard. It will automatically do the work. If same thing happens again even after doing this, then contact your web host (in my experience free hosting doesn't offer any support).
