He doesn't. I have never went into chat on his site. But I did provide a link to his unlimited hosting to 3 well-respected members (I just could not believe my eyes he was selling unlimited hosting and got confirmation that what I thought I was seeing was actually what I was seeing). One of them may have.

you forget live chats record IPs and locations, which mine shows it is the same as your domain is registered from. also name my Phantom website here so others can see. Waits its listing in my Signature Aspect AUCTIONS. so the clue is in the name.

you forget live chats record IPs and locations, .

I forget nothing

First you accuse me of lying

LIES LIES LIES as i dont have any other site to sell hosting from.

Then you inform your comrade

...yes i placed a single ad on MY own auction website .... yes i did list this as unlimited space
.

Are you now starting to admit you were selling unlimited hosting while accusing other hosts of being frauds and liars for doing the same thing?

You were bashing unlimited hosts in Sidular's polling thread and accusing me of criminal activity for offering unlimited hosting. You have since took your unlimited plan down after seeing my other thread about "Things to Watch Out for in a Host -- That you May Not of Thought About"

Fortunately for the rest of us, I foresaw that and I gave the link to the plan to others and I have some good screen shots.

I am sure the OP will not stoop to such lows if he decides to do penny hosting under a second domain.

you lies by saying i was selling unlimited hosting from another hosting website which was 100% lie as it was an AUCTION site, so the way you say is that any host selling on ebay actually run ebay.

STOP all your lies and get a life and you run your business and let others run their business.

I also explained the reason of the listing on an AUCTION site so it was not hidden by anyone as the order link was on niceday site.

END OF

Correction: In my post above where write

I used an improper link. The link I wanted to use is http://www.hostingdiscussion.com/we...watch-out-host-you-may-not-thought-about.html

AS my reply to blues post it was a test listing on my own auction site and is still their until 22 Jul. 2013 21:09:39, but if you check the order link it takes you to https://niceday-hosting.co.uk/clients/cart.php?a=add&pid=547 which displays
"Oops, there's a problem...
Out of Stock

We are currently out of stock on this item so orders for it have been suspended until more stock is available. For furthur information, please contact us."

so does take you to niceday hosting site

as this item is not available, also if you read the listing you will see many conflicting texts.

Also many hosts will have special plans listed on auction sites that they dont display on their own sites.

but you stated

One solution is to create another site under another name and sell the hosting there. As an example, that's what Easyhostmedia did with unlimited hosting.

which is false as i have never did this.

...many hosts will have special plans listed on auction sites that they dont display on their own sites.

You were different. Easyhostmedia was selling unlimited hosting on one site while describing it as a criminal enterprise in this forum. In one post you said it was even against the law in England to offer unlimited hosting.

Cold hard logic forces one to conclude: Either you were lying here in your anti-unlimited posts or you were telling the truth and now are admitting to fraud.

Test listing text without any of these available to order as the order link on Niceday site, so it was only listed on an AUCTION SITE. why dont you look at ebay and then tell every host on their they must have the item on their site to list on any other site as per your rules.

NOW you are taking this away from the thread topic so STOP putting me down.

Given that the OP linked the conversations, part of the posts that had little to do with the topic of this thread were moved to this discussion.

Considering the reply was to my post I suspect you are referring to me when you say "comrade"?
You should watch your step little boy.
You are clearly nothing more that a kiddie host who has ZERO ethics and has no issues what so ever lying to clients and stealing content.
Perhaps you should re-evaluate your online presence.

You are an embarrassment to this industry and they type of host we have been trying to keep out of the mix for many years.

This thread almost seems like an argument between 2 people.
Any way I have a question.
How would you know if the second hosting company was actually owned by the first?
I mean assuming you already know they are on the same server or maybe have the same ip.
Because one of them could be a reseller that is selling unlimited.

Although I guess you could do a who is on the domain.

no argument from me, just defending my reputation of been called a fraudster/scammer by the other member on several threads and even my live chat.

This member does not seem to know the difference between an auction site and hosting site. also a test listing that the order link button leads to my main hosting site ( not a different site) but shows non available.

.

I was able to verify my findings with domain WHOIS and the fact that when going to purchase the unlimited plan I was sent to Terry's main nicedayhosting whmcs system

so either i am selling from niceday site or another site, neither are illegal or fraudulent.

i have explained many times that it was a TESTING listing on MY OWN AUCTION site where no item could actually be ordered.

STOP your LIES and calling me a scammer. You are getting close to having a LEGAL cease and desist letter issued against you.

Ya that is true. He is a hard member to get along with and he does seem like maybe he is younger then 18. I took the same thing from what Blue said but not sure if he meant it that way.

When did I say you were doing anything illegal? Hypocrisy, lying, intellectual fraud, are all legal

Why you keep trying to convince me you did something different will only protracts this. That is not in your interest. At the beginning I said I didn't want to mention any names, but here we are.

I was surprised to find that the name had been mentioned although it was not hard to figure out who you were talking about any way. Not that I believe you. I just kind of figured out who you were talking about because of other threads.

Based on what I have seen and read I would not host with you, ever but I might host with easyhostmedia. He is a lot nicer then you are.

I will admit I have not read every reply but I don't really want to.

From my vague memory of a couple of law classes I had to take, legal content can't be legally protected (copyrighted). In other words, copying a legal verbiage (whether it is a TOS or else) is quite alright in the legal industry.

This is about right, as It has been explained to me. I recall a lawsuit filed by Aflac insurance who wrote a "plain language" insurance policy. A competitor copied some of that plain language into their own policies. The court ruled in Aflac's favor saying while it is OK to copy boilerplate insurance policy wordings its not ok to copy wordings specific to a certain company.

By this logic its probably ok to copy just about any TOS out there. 99% of the ones I have seen are all boilerplate. The remaining 1% are 95% boilerplate.

As much as finger pointing and calling each other a liar provides great entertainment, this kind of discussion isn't adding much value to the community. Actually, none of the arguments between the two of you are.

The circus is over. :rolleyes2
