Ahh, ok will have to look at that then. Ok, there is a key code on the main site that displays if the item is installed or not. Now, all I need to do is the un-install for the 3 products and will start on the next program.

If it's this quick to add scripts why does not fantastico have more? Don't they put a lot of development time into it?
 
I don't know why Fantastico does not offer more, Fantastico is a good program and that is one of the things that inspired me. However, there method might be somewhat different from mine. Also, there program does more like allowing admin and or resellers to control access. I don't really see a purpose for that unless a reseller / admin would offer this with a higher hosting package. But, being this will be a free program that is not the direction I want to take.

My plan is to offer as many pre-installed programs possibal and then do semi yearly updates when those programs come out with updates.

I don't have a icon yet. I lack in the graphics department.

yabbse

I looked at yabbse and it is driven by a text configuration file. I won't be supporting that. I really perfer programs that can be updated by the interface. I will look at some others tonight.

Ok, I got Xoops working 1/2 and will play with that later.

Customer Service Live Help is working 100% and will add more programs today.
 
Well so far it seems to work. Will you support the ability to have a script installed in more then one location. Maybe someone wants two phpbb forums. Will that be possible?
 
Right now, it will only be 1 location. In version 2 I will do that but for now 1 location is all I want to do with this.

Version 2 will probally be like a advanced version where version 1 will work and will be free.

Whats happening with xoops?Still having problems?
Once I get back to Ireland I will install it on my server and help you test/debug it, dont have enough time to do much here at the minute.

Wow it is coming really nicely.. good work... also if I may venture a little off topic, this is one of the hottest threads on the forum :)
