Support Forum

It is a very good idea to create a forum where customer can share their issue and difficulties, make sure that you can monitor all the clients issue from their posting and reply it in timely manner.

If you have a difficulty to handle the forum, it would be better if you create a ticketing system so that each client's issue or request can be monitored and replied easily :)
 
I agree with what premix hosting said yes there is a need of forum where customers can put their issues and can get resolution related to it on time.
