Review websites

I believe best way is to contact the provider to see how fast the answer is, most of the reviews over the internet are paid, so not a trust source of information.

Regards,

Of course, you can read the reviews and this is not a mistake, but still keep in mind that many of them are purchased and are not completely true. It's best to really familiarize yourself with the provider that interests you.

I'd say I check the forums first: WHT and HD.

I also look at TrustPilot, but usually I only read the negative reviews (especially 2 and 3-star ones) to understand the scope of complaints.

Checking the review of the user is one way to go, but it is also based on some user reviews, so I also check their services before making a purchase, such as support and server configuration.
