Reselling ssl

Advancing funds gives you better rates, speeds up the process and allows you to automate it. Saves you time, headache and money in the end. You'll learn.

yes with Enom you need a credit balance of $100

Actually there are 2 kinds of reseller accounts at enom: retail and reseller.

Reseller sub-accounts pay for purchases from an account balance. Retail sub-accounts pay for each transaction from the credit card they have on file in the account.

So in case you are a retailer - you don't need to have extra money on your account balance to sell SSL certs

There are so many SSL providers you can setup a reseller account, but it all depends on what integrates with your billing system and has the best pricing in my opinion. We don't currently re-sell SSLs however namecheap integrates with WHMCS and has an API. There are so many other companies that do this too.

below is an example of 3 known SSL cert providers. the prices are what you the reseller would pay for a simple Comodo Positive SSL

PositiveSSL

Namecheap $6.15 to $8.95
thesslstore $7.00 to $7.50
gogetssl ÂŁ2.50 ($3.83)

direct from Comodo the retails of a Positive SSL is $49 (http://www.positivessl.com/)

live whmcs please, but on enom as retailer however they will charge you credit card before giving you enything

With WHMCS you can setup a module thats build in that will process the ssl for you, but i believe it needs credit in whatever host your going to use for ssl like namecheap.

Dear Collabora,

You need to understand the difference between SPAM, and commercial offers. Information about you was found here, while you were speaking about SSL, so we sent you commercial offer and it was related to your posts :)

Not always but most provide modules for it, which really is handy especially if you don't install them for clients or they want them on external servers.

Personally I would get the module if I was reselling them

If the poster wasn't asking for offers/solicitations, sending such information directly isn't allowed in this community.

I'd class that as spam.

We give our resellers and VPS clients the ability to offer unlimited free SSL certificates so our reseller providers are covered.

If you don't have a host offering that, GoGetSSL does have some of the cheapest prices around but NameCheaps SSL reseller brand is only slightly more expensive and has great customer service.
