Glad I am not the only one who thinks this. I see people use the same lame sayings over and over. "You get what you pay for".....

Not true. There are tons of great providers with far better pricing than any of the larger firms that exist. And they are more likely to be ran by someone who legitimately cares about the company. Speaking from personal experience here.....

We are hoping to provide people with affordable reseller accounts soon, still crunching the numbers....but yeah. Our shared customers so far seem to be very very happy. We get a lot of compliments in our ticket system.

The thing is… most cheap providers are rubbish… The only cheap ones which aren't are the one's with the most "stable and realistic" plans / prices.

Aka: 1GB diskspace / 10GB bandwidth for $1 pm / $10 py is realistic.
Not: 10GB diskspace / 100GB bandwidth for $3 pm
 
Looking at the changelog, the software is actively updated and they do have some very nice features.

It is a real shame they messed up with the pricing and such earlier on otherwise we might have been a real competitor to WHMCS.

But the connection is still encrypted even if the cert is invalid... Anyway their demo URL give a 404 and the project didn't seems to have been update since 2011...

wither way no SSL certificate which means any data is not encrypted.
 
All basic needs or at lest 100GB+ disk space, good bandwidth, dedicated or anonymous IP.

Addons/Other freebies which can attract customer:
- Free SSL
- Free or less price then official price of billing system like Blesta/WHMCS
- Dedicated IP Address
- Website Design tools in control panel

to give free or reduced billing system you need to join the appropriate providers reseller program and then until you get over 5 users to give reduced or free you would run at a loss.
 
CPanel, 24/7 support, fast servers and network.

The rest really is up to you and what you can make of it.
 
Resellers normally want to have whom ever they are getting there hosting from to be whitelabel. They don't want there clients to jump from them to who they are getting there hosting from. That is our number one request from resellers.
