The payment gateway that we use in WHMCS is swipe. It works really good, it adds the customer in the swipe and you can even download the swipe app. They also have a great way to detect fraudulent transactions as well.

We used 2checkout earlier and switched to other modes. What problems did you face with them? Stripe definitely offers better features.

You should not be having payment methods to suit clients, it is your business, so if you just want to offer Paypal then that's all you offer
