I figured out I have been getting a number of problems sending email using MS outlook. There is no problem for receive the mails. I think this is the problem with ISPs, they blocking the SMTP port 25. May be it will resolve if we use the ISP's SMTP server.Anyone have any suggetions regarding this?

Actually, that is exactly the solution. Set your outgoing mail to your ISP's smtp server and all is well.

Btw, you diagnosed the problem correctly as well. The ISP companies are blocking port 25 in their ever-vigilant effort to stop spam, I guess.

Yes, punish everyone to make sure the bad guys are punished. The whole philosophy of anti-spam fighting.

Rant over. :)

I wouldn't say it's a philosophy. I think it's because an good answer hasn't been found.

Postal mail spam is still around - the only limit is the mailbox size really to how much can be inside. :-D
