Which Operating System is used most for cloud VPS?

I think it will be more Linux VPS of course, but it's not mean anything, to be honest.

You can find that some VPS hostings just didn't offer you Windows VPS at all (for example digitalocean) and much use scenarios will require Linux VPS only.

Anyway, you need to consider your personal needs first and choose VPS then.

Probably Linux but you suppose to have the knowledge for it and if not then you can go with windows

Well said. Both can do the work but if you dont know how to use linux windows is a better place to gamble
