Sometimes the Thank You button catches a bug.
I can only recommend either to refresh the page or reload the browser. Happens to me sometimes, too.

As already said by members so I will focus on different thing.

KVM is stable and easy to manage, No crash issue or major security issue.

Unmanaged is not so bad as people think. You have control over your VPS while managed VPS does not give you much control unless you ask your DC to do not change anything without permission.

There are many hosts and every one of them offers 24/7 support, huge space and bandwidth, lots of features at low cost and much, much more. When you face such offers it seems like a great chance is knocking at your door.
