Why would people send bots to live chat?

We started using phponline, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it's well built and clients find the simplicity much better than our last provider.

The best combo right now would be

WHMCS + Livezilla
Blesta + Livezilla
Clientexec + Livezilla

If your billing system does not handle support tickets, I would suggest Kayako.

We have Kayako, but decided to use Livezilla. Livezilla is great being a free software! No issues what so ever with Livezilla its also very easy to setup. Kayako we had a lot of problems and the support at Kayako is slow and it sometime feels like Kayako doesn't care.

Funny to hear that about Kayako given the big price tag. I came very close to purchasing it years ago but, in hindsight, I'm certainly glad I didn't.

Due to some issues with my original development partner I am now developing this 100% on my own from scratch.. I am however taking my time to ensure it's done right.

I was one of the unlucky ones, who purchase Kayako with the $499 price tag if I can remember.

We switched to Livezilla which seem to work better than Kayako ><

Over the last 2 days I have put quite a bit of time into this WHMCS module and am please to say that it's currently in production at Fiber Elephant.

I strongly recommend Kayako software as its powerful functions,it not only provides tickets support but also livechat,the big funtions are consist in a software,That make using easily.

If you have the money, go with kayako, their v4 version that'll be coming out looks really promising. ANd it has ALL the features you need for a support system, ticket, live chat, everything.. you name it.
