How many clients do you have?

I agree with DonHouston, its better to start with one client and gradually expand your business while you are getting experience in the industry.
 
We are pushing 100 (80 "active" currently) but most are actually inactive. We are growing though, which is nice :-). Keep it up little guys just keep advertising and providing good support :-).
 
From memory 65 shared, 11 vps and 3 dedi.

The company has evolved a lot since it started, but it's things are finally settling down :)
 
yeah is depend what kind plan you offer and the price too also your server...have TONS of client but you can get termination if your client making violation (most ego hosting company)

so the best is have dedicated to running your own hosting
 
almost 50ish however I pride myself on support and not number of customers. I'd rather have 100 satisifed customers then 10000 satisfied - 1.

Been in business for 6 weeks now, and i am getting on average 3 signups per day, peaked at 8 last week. Although it is for free hosting!
i get some revenue from paid upgrades and domains
