I can't speak for others but for me personally:
*They are a very friendly bunch. The most friendly payment method company I've worked with.
Friendly in terms of friendly support and are very accessible etc
*Developer friendly: Very easy to integrate and get going with
*Simple admin interface: Very clean and professional
*Multiple companies: PayPal restricts you to 1 business account unless the address / bank etc slightly differs. Stripe you can easily add multiple companies under a single account and switch between them in the drop down menu
