I notice a lot of talks has been going on to use all of kayako product, as in support ticketing, and also live help support...

For some, like to use phplive with Kayako ticket support system... What about you?
 
We've developed our own in-house software, as we want to be unique compared to other hosts. And that includes our own software.
 
If your talking about Support Suite i can safely say it is knowhere near stable yet, I wouldnt reccomend you start using it just yet, personally we use Kayako eSupport with OSI Codes's PHP Live both work a dream. :thumbup:
