im going to be making facebook, but personally i dont use twitter ...

is it worth the sign up?

We have all of them but lately the most feedback we get is still coming from Google+, even though its semi new and for some they never use it. Why stick with just one when you have multiple options, if you do you are just shorting yourself that extra reach to people.

I have not had that many results from facebook yet. I do think if marketed right facebook can be a huge help when you are building a client base for your business.

Hi,

Facebook is really good in marketing strategy and posting your web hosting promotions.

It's very powerful once you have that nitch of thousand likes (users) in your page. Its hard building it in the first place but it really pays of.

Though if you're going for paid advertisements I suggest you go for google adwords as that is based on what people are looking/searching unlike in facebook it's by interest (though we're really not sure if people put there interest as they're "real" interest

We actually get quite a lot of traffic from Facebook, and Juan is right - the sooner you get a page put up, the better.

Steve, do you mean organic traffic from the FB page or traffic from Facebook Ads?

Organic traffic - it does help.
