eSupport v3

Has everyone seen Kayoko's eSupport version 3. The new design is very cool!!!

Hopefully it performs better than eSupport 2. There have been a lot of problems with v2 if you have large number of tickets. Tickets disappear, ticket keys for customers stop working. Not good

Hmm... I haven't heard of all those issues. Version 3 has tons of new features.

However, I don't see it advertised on their site yet. Weird...

I believe its still in beta

They have just released RC builds, but it runs fine with most features
