Easiest way to backup to remote FTP

I do have access to the root WHM

On configure backup its for server wide only I think Nick, from what I can see it is anyway.
I dont think you can set it to backup one account only through that

Or make your own script and run it as a cron job, which is what I have finally done

Cron jobs are great arnt they i love them.. i have about 15 set on my server

Easy to make a mess out of them though, if one has an error in and goes and goes and you dont notifce until it's too late

Easiest thing might be thinking about an rsync job which will automatically copy the DB off to a remote server. With the correct SSH keys its totally automatic
