Admins work their charge independently on the holidays. The the support stuff can have vacation, but not the admins. While I think they do not have much to worry about..

Well, i can only imagine what would happen if the web hosts did actually have holidays off and then something like the servers break down!.. That would be a disaster! Im sure that would even lead to law suits flying all over the place.
