Is there anyone out there who is using one they could recommend? I am looking around at some ideas but I am not sure where exactly to go on this. For the most part its for the branch of our company that does design only, so I need something nice that works well for anyone (local to me or not) as it would be between company heads, clients of ours, designers, programmers and so on.

If you've no sufficient number of support staff working 24x7, I think outsourcing support is only viable solution.
