I sell many Comodo Positive and RapidSSL certificates which these sales have reduced since cpanel brought in their AutoSSL feature which is set as enabled by default.

You have just got to try and convince users that a paid SSL is far better than the free DV SSLs

Yeah but on the other hand you can slightly increase pricing to reflect the free SSL which offers customers a useful service and long term more profits Vs paid SSL's.

It is quite decent and serves the average customer all they need.

Are treat by a lot of browsers as being self signed SSL, which basically thats all they are.

They are all shared, so not dedicated SSL certs, which as being shared can cause issues.

Also why increase by prices by £1 or £2 to reflex a free SSL when i can make £5 + profit selling SSL certs.
