Worst: Sultanhost - With no notice, I found all of my accounts suspended. When I contacted them to find out why, they said that one of my domains had been hacked, and used to stage an attack against another datacenter, so they had to lock me down pending the results of an investigation. They also said that they had been watching the activity on that domain for a week before the attack was launched. They locked all of my domains because they said that I was responsible for my accounts. I asked them repeatedly why they didn't contact me when they notice suspicious activity instead of watching it for a week and then locking me down. They wouldn't give any other answer other than I was responsible for any activity.
They left all of my domains locked for 3 days. Needless to say, my customers were more than a little upset at the situation.
Finally, after literally begging for 3 days, they unlocked all of the domains except the one that had been compromised, and gave me 48 hours to move all of the domains before they deleted the accounts. I asked them to at least give me enough time for dns to propagate somewhere else.
That is when I moved to Surpass. So far, I would have to say they've been the best host I've been with. Uptime has been good, and the community is very friendly and helpful, as has tech support of the few occasions that I've need something.
