CloudFest Americas and NamesCon have announced a panel titled “How to Keep the Party Going” for their joint event on November 11 and 12, 2026, in Miami. The session looks at how companies in the domain, hosting and cloud industries can keep adapting while the internet economy changes around them.
Organizers open with some history. The internet industry has survived several waves of disruption, from the dot-com era to cloud computing, mobile and social platforms. Artificial intelligence may become the next major transformation, but organizers stress that it is not the only force reshaping the market. As a result, the conversation aims to cover wider ground than AI alone.
The panel brings together leaders from domains, hosting, cloud and digital services. Lillian Fosteris, principal at Fosteris Consulting LLC, will speak alongside Sé Reed, co-founder and chief executive of The WP Open Community Collective. In addition, Peyton Raleigh, growth manager at Nexcess, joins Kathy Nielsen, who works in business development at D3. Kelly Hardy, director of compliance at Dynadot, rounds out the lineup.
That mix looks deliberate. A consultant, an open source community leader, a hosting growth specialist, a domain business developer and a compliance director each see the market from a different angle. Consequently, the discussion could move past general predictions and into how each part of the industry creates value when the rules shift.
Organizers describe the goal in practical terms. Speakers plan to discuss how successful companies continue adapting, find new opportunities and create value as the rules of the internet economy evolve. For smaller hosts, registrars and agencies, those themes carry real weight, since many of them have already lived through more than one platform change.
The inclusion of a compliance voice also stands out. Regulation increasingly shapes how domain and hosting companies operate, so a panel about staying relevant would feel incomplete without it.
Registration for the Miami event is open at https://cloudfest.com/americas/tickets/. Whether the panel delivers concrete advice or broad reflection will only become clear once the session starts, yet the lineup suggests attendees can expect views grounded in daily operations.
