SAP Cloud growth holds strong at 22% as AI agents take center stage

SAP’s cloud revenue rose 22% in Q3 2025, marking its fifth straight quarter of double-digit growth despite global trade uncertainty. Total revenue reached $10.5 billion, up 7% year over year. CEO Christian Klein said SAP’s next growth phase will lean on AI-driven tools like its developing “AI assistants,” designed to optimize supply chains and operations. The company’s cloud backlog also climbed 23%, reaching an estimated $21.8 billion.
